Last year, I had to have two biopsies following abnormal screenings, during this time of uncertainly, I also found that during a cervical screening there is no test to detect Ovarian Cancer, I mean when there down there why not do the extra test right? sadly not... there are no routine tests to detect this disease and the signs and symptoms can be misdiagnosed, if not caught early, then sadly it can be tragic. I have recently had some friends affected with Ovarian Cancer and wanted to share these signs and symptoms to help others. Remember the acronym BEAT and please check yourselves out with a professional if concerned....


B is for bloating that doesn’t come and go

E is for eating difficulty and feeling full more quickly

A is for abdominal and pelvic pain you feel most days

T is for toilet changes in urination or bowel habits
